Mr. Daley is among the most well known attorneys with a practice devoted to serving Florida prisoners in post-conviction proceedings and administrative agency proceedings. He received some bad press for providing institutional transfers for Florida prisoners, but that practice existed for decades with DOC approval, and the agency used him as a scapegoat for essentially doing nothing wrong.
